Role Overview
USA Logistics Solutions for sales representatives to work in a fast-paced environment. We help you jumpstart your new sales career with training and financial incentives. You’ll begin your journey training in our office with the ability to transition to field work when you’re ready. As an entry level sales representative with USA Logistics Solutions, you will utilize our ongoing, company training to:

Set appointments to identify prospective students’/customers financial resources and needs

Offer expert CDL Course recommendations to generate sales

Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base

Provide details about our CDL training programs
-
In addition, this position would see other duties as assigned that would assist the Customer Service Manager and the department/companies.

This position is located in Fort Wayne, Remote.

A Day in the Life
The essential functions of this role are as follows:

Performs clerical work associated with USA Logistics subsidiaries as needed (i.e., open /sort mail, compose/edit correspondence relative to assigned work, maintain files, data entry, screens and directs telephone calls, and serves as receptionist for division office); acts as customer service representative as needed, fielding customer service calls with superior customer service.

Maintains and organizes files and databases related to tracking customer requests, investigations and systems responses, etc.

Researches and responds to inquiries and special projects and prepares reports.

What You'll Need for Success
You should meet the following requirements for employment, however we will provide training.

High School graduate or equivalent

Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Software

Basic knowledge of companies programs, practices, policies, procedures, objectives and goals of standard administration positions

Basic interpersonal skills

Ability to gather, collate, and classify information about data, people, or things; define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; write letters, papers, and reports; handle sensitive and face-to-face inquiries and contacts with the general public

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
